1. Use Steam Inhalation
Steam inhalation is one of the most effective natural remedies for clearing a blocked nose. Sitting with your child in a bathroom filled with steam from a hot shower or using a bowl of warm water can help loosen thick mucus. The warm moisture helps open nasal passages and makes breathing easier.
2. Keep the Child Hydrated
